This is a deep-meditation/hypnosis session for stop-smoking. The first track is the introduction (about 8 minutes) and the 2nd track is the session (about 36 minutes). It involved relaxation, healing, the Divine, some fun, and ends with affirmations to draw on. This can be repeated anytime a person is in a safe place where they will not be disturbed. I had a 98% success rate with the smokers (assuming 1% were lying). It is powerful to work with the subconscious as its ability to communicate is through imagination, so creation is guided and you are the creator!
